Unprofessional, dishonest and poor communication. I lived in her rental apartment for 15 months. There was damage in the bedroom from the beginning which meant the room could not be used, and this was not repaired during the entire time we lived there. She blamed the insurance company for being slow. Now, 1 year after the end of the contract, I still have not received more than half of the deposit of €2000 without reason. For a residence permit application, we also requested a statement of the time we lived there, and they only wanted to give it to us after I removed this review. I am adding it again, to once again show how unprofessional they behave.
