Really bad company. We've been waiting a very long time for them to come and repair something and we have often emailed and called, but they only make promises, but don't keep them at all. They just wait for the money to arrive and then they are happy, they leave their customers in the lurch. I do not recommend it.

Nice contact with Stephan throughout the entire purchase process, simply via WhatsApp and email. Everything was explained clearly and appointments could be flexibly scheduled. The real estate agent is located in a beautiful building and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Water damage after 5!! months of questions and complaints! And doing nothing... The situation literally overflowed! Way of acting really below standard. Mold and stench nuisance uninhabitable and Mr. P only found it very annoying..... help with replacement housing ZERO totally not humane! You are standing there with three young school-going children! I could write a book about it. If Mr. P had offered his help At least we would have been helped, since this house can be better stripped than kept patched up, so to speak..... Very poor handling. I have been waiting for my deposit for 2 months already. I have called several times and each time I am told that it will be taken care of, but nothing happens at all. The maintenance of my rented room was also very bad. The bathroom had no ventilation and was therefore covered in mold. The kitchen maintenance is also dramatic due to the holes in the wall, allowing mice to enter. In addition, the rooms are very noisy due to poor insulation. During the final inspection, things were made difficult, as if he was looking for something to deduct money from. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this organization.

Hello, I have been using the services of Devilee for 15 years now: for buying homes and selling homes. They have also handled property tax for me. Furthermore, I have a number of apartments that they rent out for me. I cannot recommend them enough. All in all, I would not go to another real estate agent in The Hague. Without a doubt the most tenant-unfriendly real estate agent in The Hague and surrounding areas. Completely obsessed with money, friendly until the contract is signed, 'in conversation' or 'currently unavailable' when you need them. Don't enter into an agreement with them.

Where it truly falls short is taking responsibility and having customer-focused daily management personnel. The daily management of rental properties is an ungrateful function, let me state that upfront. On the one hand, costs must be reduced and contractors/handymen/plumbers must be engaged and managed who have full schedules. On the other hand, customers must be addressed and that will largely involve matters that need to be resolved as soon as possible. That being said, it is shocking to see how ambiguous and lethargic the daily management staff reacts to requests from Devilee clients. Empathy, thinking along and customer friendliness have been exchanged for rejecting and confrontational behavior which is appalling in all cases. Although the property was a perfectly fine place to live as a starter home, the handling of maintenance after leaks and the repairing of a water heater has been of such an unsatisfactory nature that I would not recommend going into business with this office.
