Simply a breath of fresh air in these times when you often have to wait and chase for even the slightest response from companies/organizations/government. Her enthusiasm and presentation are simply super.

The real estate agent understands her profession. Practical and good advice to get our house ready for sale. Whatever you come up with yourself, good advice is welcome. Her cheerful attitude also made the whole process feel lighter.

My 5-star rating is for Mrs. Marilène Castricum, realtor at Doen. Marilène was recommended to us about 9 years ago when we bought our first apartment. In a turbulent market with many unreliable realtors who exploited expats, we were enormously impressed by her professionalism, her knowledge of the market, the different neighborhoods, etc. But what most impressed us was her honesty and her genuine personality. When it was time to move, there was no doubt that we would use Marilène's services again (selling old apartment, buying new house). Our timing wasn't great because we were trying to buy a house in a very difficult time on the market (the war in Ukraine had just started, house prices were at their highest). Again, the service level we received from Marilène exceeded our expectations: she provided constant guidance, reassurance when needed, and her expertise helped us sell our apartment and buy the house of our dreams! Due to the rapidly changing market, there were a few days when we lost hope and were about to give up (and ultimately lose a lot financially if we did), but because we had Marilène, she always provided a clear path to reach our goal - something that seemed impossible to us. Thanks to all of Marilène's advice, we were eventually able to sell the old apartment and buy the house of our dreams. If it could, I wouldn't even give 1 star! So dissatisfied! The first week of the first callers! To request a viewing! Unfortunately, the buyers could only on a Monday, unfortunately, I couldn't that Monday because it was my birthday and asked if I could schedule another day, which was treated very nicely by a colleague, and that she would call me back and check whether they could schedule another day with me! Well, an appointment was made with me. Which was totally not kept! A week later I called myself and told the story, I am told very RUDELY by Mrs. Denise that she cannot call all 50 candidates. And that she no longer has space and that she can't do anything about it. I find them completely unprofessional. They don't keep their appointments at all!

A company that doesn't do its job well. You want to make an appointment for the house, but they give an appointment to the person they want. I don't recommend it at all.

I would like to thank DOEN real estate agents for the good guidance during the purchase of our first apartment. Have I not been how do you get there

3 months ago I had a viewing at Laan van Meerdervoort, eventually heard that they had found a better candidate. It can happen, but.... The living space is still online and is, if someone else calls, simply available. Whereas when I call with my name I hear it's rented out. Strange company, on Facebook they only accept good reactions. And below they will respond with 'We don't recognize your name' or another excuse. Very slippery characters.

Marilène fantastically helped us in finding and buying a house, and selling our apartment. She was friendly, transparent, informative and extremely effective. Her advice was always correct and the result was better than we could have imagined. Highly recommended!

My experience with their real estate agent, Mrs. Danielle Wennekes, was particularly nice.
