Difficult to reach, often do not respond to email, do not call back after rejecting a phone call. After submitting a very suitable candidate for a rental property in May, now only in September a response that it has been awarded to another candidate without clear interim contact with them...?

With a new build home, you strangely only deal with the selling real estate agent, who formally represents the interests of the project developer. With Frisia, however, great attention is paid to the buying party. With much patience and a lot of expertise, we were guided through the subject matter. About the house itself, but also about the processes and timeline to be followed. Project developers are increasingly moving towards an automated, digitized sales process. Extremely disappointing experience with Frisia Makelaars as a selling agent. We were supposed to receive the keys to our new home today, but due to a problem with the notary, the signing did not take place. We had furniture scheduled for delivery and a professional came by to measure the blinds, both within a very specific timeframe of 30 minutes. Despite this, the agency still refused to grant short access to the property. Their communication throughout the entire process was constantly slow and unreliable. And as if that weren't enough, parts of the listing on their website were downright inaccurate. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid.

Very unprofessional, disorganized and dubious! I sent them my personal information (passport, income proof, etc.) via their website, e-mail attachments, the project registration website and finally a 'we transfer' link, all at their request. After I had viewed my documents ('we transfer' lets you know it's downloaded), they contacted me and asked for the same documents and my mobile number (both already provided). I was waiting for their phone call, but didn't get one. Instead, I called them and they said they would call back. A day passed, but I didn't get a phone call, yet another e-mail with the request for the same documents from an Adriane. Instead of sending them again, I called them during a break at work and was connected to a Robin instead of Adriane, who had asked for the information again and who naturally wasn't available but would call back later. Within an hour I had a missed call (because I was naturally at work and Robin had already warned them). They left a voicemail in Dutch, so I don't know what they said. I call the exact same number that called me and it's a Sandra who works for Frisia, but it's her personal mobile number. She is irritated that I'm calling her on her private line and repeatedly insists that I call Frisia. I have to tell her that I can only use her private line because she called me. I now tell her that I'm more worried about my documents than finding an apartment and hang up. Incredibly rude service and disorganized... they didn't even answer basic questions on the phone about the rent, like the move-in date. Red flags everywhere and I just hope my personal information is securely stored :/. With such a negative first impression, I'll leave it at that.

Good morning Frisia Realtors, Assigning a property and subsequently reassigning it to another person without stating a reason raises suspicions of nepotism or bribery. Such a choice is (especially in the current housing market) socially dubious and unacceptable. If this is a practice, it warrants investigation by the @AutoriteitWoningcorporaties.

Friendly staff, but frankly scandalous that completely different photos are posted than the reality. You arrange to view a property of 131m2 which in reality is 45m2 (!!!) smaller… I can understand that the condition of a property may differ slightly, but posting a different floor plan and lying about the surface area is unacceptable. A waste of our time.

My friend and I called them and tried very politely to ask if there were possibilities to pay a year in advance or have a guarantor sign the contract with us. With the housing crisis that was going on, I expected people to show more understanding and maybe even try to help, but he sighed immediately when he heard 'student'. Then he just said that they don't want students in their homes. It felt incredibly rude and as if we are inferior, simply because we are studying.

I was interested in a business space; they kept me on the line for 4 weeks. They failed to keep their appointments 3 times. Not trustworthy!! Ultimately, they said they want to sell the space and not rent it out, while it clearly states 'for rent' on their website and outside of the building.
