After 25 years, we unfortunately said goodbye to this beautiful apartment which was always perfectly rented out. Due to the (idiotically high) tax pressure, we had to sell it. Hekking Real Estate had approximately 9 buyers for this apartment. They selected the best one and everything went very smoothly. The other apartments will also be sold by Hekking Real Estate.

Hekking NVM Real Estate is, in a word, TOP!!! Thanks to the incredibly good service, we were able to rent a super house. We had been looking for a home for our family for some time, and during this search we were assisted by various real estate agents, but unfortunately this did not lead to the desired result. Ultimately, we ended up with Hekking Real Estate. Within no time, we were in our new home!
On Friday, May 3rd, Martijn van Leusden had an appointment at 1:45 PM to view a rental apartment. At that time, there were also 2 others present for the viewing. This was not communicated beforehand. At 2:00 PM, one of those present called to ask when the realtor would be on site. We were told that the realtor was on the way and it would take another 10 minutes. Between 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM, another call was made. It was reported that the realtor could not be found. At 2:45 PM (an hour after the appointment), we were informed that the rental apartment had already been gone since a viewing at 1:00 PM. We waited for nothing. We drove to the real estate agency on Bankastraat to file a complaint. We were received in an uninterested manner. Moreover, there was lying. We are seriously disappointed in this realtor.
