Waardeloze organisatie, beloven veel maken niks waar. Geen communicatie mogelijk via email, geen zaken mee doen!
Not professional at all. I won't get my deposit money back until 2 months from now.
Keep searching a bit longer before entering into an agreement with this party. Hulshof seriously neglects communication, do not adhere to the rental contract, and refuse to return the security deposit. Rampant company with matching staff.
Slow and not engaged
Do not do business with this company! Last Wednesday, my friend and I were supposed to have a viewing. No one showed up. Called. First, we were told that the appointment was indeed scheduled and that they would take care of it immediately. After standing outside for half an hour, we called again. Then we were told that the property had already been rented out three days ago to someone else! In short, the (internal) communication is completely off. Very unprofessional company.

They do not respond to email at all, even with repeated requests. I later saw that the property I wanted is being renovated. Probably already sold and too much trouble to even reply. The property is still listed on funda. This company isn't very up-to-date either.

By phone and then by email, I inquired whether a storage space could possibly be rented (available), was invited to the location for this purpose, and then experienced that Mr. Hulshof had forgotten the key, which I find sloppy. I had to drive 140 km for this. Subsequently saying that he doesn't have a good feeling about renting out the storage space, I find 'excessively' late (it could simply have been done by email). In my entire business life, I have fortunately never encountered such behavior. With such behavior, I now don't feel comfortable.
