I have tried to contact this real estate agency for two months regarding various properties. Unfortunately, their digital communication was frankly poor. Emails often went unanswered and in several cases I was told that a property was available, but shortly afterwards I heard that it was no longer for sale. This inconsistent and unprofessional handling caused a lot of wasted time and confusion. Perhaps their personal service is better, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to everyone who needs clear and fast online communication.

Immovita is a scam – stay away!!! Paid €28 just to register and submit rental requests, and got nothing back. No responses, no viewings, no contact whatsoever. I even visited the listed business address, they don't exist there. It’s a building with multiple small businesses, but not a trace of Immovita. They took my money and disappeared. This isn't bad service, it's fraud. Avoid them at all costs.

Don't waste your time and energy. A fictitious Christiaan comes across as unprofessional via email. Before you can schedule a viewing, you must first pay a deposit of €75, which you supposedly get back after 7 days. I didn't do it myself because the reviews here are worthless. Save yourself time and effort and look for another real estate agent.

Bad communication and especially a huge waste of your money. To be able to react you have to pay €28 - because they are smart enough not to put the rental requirements in the advertisements, you only find out after many reactions via email that there is always some reason why you just don’t qualify and that reacting is simply pointless. Now, it's true that sometimes landlords set high demands and a real estate agency may not be able to do much about that - but by conveniently not mentioning these requirements, it mainly comes across as a clever tactic to get as many desperate people as possible to pay so they can react while the chance of meeting the requirements is nil. Save yourself the money and invest in a service or real estate agency that is simply transparent.

Not even worth a star! VERY unprofessional company, especially the man who was supposed to help us. They are scammers. They advertise falsely and rent out the room to people. They say it's 30 m², but in reality it is 12 m². Do check the maximum rent you are allowed to pay via the rental committee, because a friend of mine pays 450, but should actually be paying 260 based on the dimensions and amenities. Also ensure that the room is repaired, clean and worth it, because it has been 5 months since my friend asked them to repair something and they haven't done it.
