I can only add to what all the previous reviews already stated: avoid this real estate agent at all costs. After living in the apartment for a year, I realize that the real estate agent failed to get the owner's signature on my lease agreement. So there is actually no contract. The service and management of this office are so low level that I am shocked.

As far as we are concerned, a very nice real estate agent. This week we bought a house from this agent and everything went very smoothly. A viewing was quickly arranged and we were even allowed to stay in the house as long as we wanted. Afterwards, we made an offer and now the house has been sold to us. I read reactions saying that Christiaan does not exist: well, he does. A nice man who took the time for us and provided us with all the necessary information. In short, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Maybe the negative reactions are from people looking for a rental property, but that's not easy these days. A pity that you then let all your negativity loose on such a company. We are at least satisfied and now proud owners of a house in The Hague.

Poor company, in order to be able to react to a property you are obliged to register via Immovita, which costs 28 euros. Once you have done that and reacted to a property, they don't hear from themselves anymore. Tried multiple times to call and email, but still no response. The level of unprofessional behavior from this office is utterly frustrating. They only communicate if you leave a review on Google. Immovita let us know that our deposit is with the landlord, but the landlord confirmed that they have not transferred the deposit to the landlord for a whole year now. They are now continuing to ignore and dodge emails. This is really the worst possible situation that Immovita has created.

ENGLISH BELOW. Unbelievably sad bunch of amateurs. Problems either don’t get solved at all or are handled inadequately. The automatic rent transfer stopped by mistake, and they threatened eviction within two weeks — something completely unacceptable and unlawful. They only refunded the deposit after three months, and only when I threatened legal action; suddenly, it could be done within four minutes — literally the time between my email and their payment. Naturally, any kind of explanation was too much to expect. Can continue for some time. A totally disgraceful organization you’d be wise to avoid.

Immovita was definitely worth the price. The communication went very well and they responded quickly and sent all documents over. If you have questions, they respond quickly. I was glad that I finally found a serious real estate agency in the Netherlands!

This was a very painful experience for my family. We have been trying for more than two weeks to contact Immovita by e-mail and phone to hand in our keys and inform them about our deposit. They absolutely do not respond within 48 hours. We have absolutely received no response from them in the past two weeks. Ultimately, my husband wrote a Google review about them and within three hours we received an e-mail in the same e-mail thread where we had been trying to contact them, calling his review 'rude' and asking us to delete the review. Furthermore, they are asking us to contact the owner for the deposit, while we have only contacted Immovita in the past year. It seems that the company is more focused on good reviews than actually doing business with their existing customers.

Just like many others, finding a good home was a real challenge. I registered with all possible providers to have a chance somewhere. Including Immovita. Registration costs 28 euros. For months I responded to homes without success. Often there were already enough interested parties, I didn't fit the profile or the house had already been rented out. Contact via email sometimes ran smoothly. I did not always receive a response back or it took very long which leaves you with uncertainty. I didn't know for sure whether I would have a chance of getting a home through Immovita. Until. I responded to a property, met the profile and was invited for a viewing. Costs 75 euros. This ensures that only seriously interested parties remain from the selection procedure and you get it back later. During the viewing, I was received by Christiaan. A friendly and calm man. The nice thing about the viewing was that no one else was there. There were not 10 other interested parties with whom you have to compete on the spot. This allowed me to view the property in peace and quiet. I was given the time and all my questions were answered neatly. It turned out that I was also the first candidate and had the rest of the day to make a choice. I also received this option from another provider and when I finally wanted to make a choice, the house was gone. Christiaan reassured me that I really had the time and I got it too. That same evening I said yes and the home was assigned to me. I had viewed the property on Sunday and received the keys on Wednesday. After a long search, I suddenly found a house within a week. Conclusion The housing market has been in an absurd state for years where it is difficult to intervene. High demand, low supply and sometimes unreasonable tenant criteria (tenant profiles) from landlords. Immovita's selection procedure may feel like a scam to some, but I preferred it compared to when you view the property with 20 people or a time slot. There is room for improvement in communication, but I can imagine that they are also overwhelmed by email traffic. Immovita did deliver the result and I can write this review from my new home where I am very happy!

Extremely bad communication. I've been trying to email and call them for two weeks to get the keys back to the house I rented and to get my deposit back. No response. No one answers the phone and I haven't received any response to my emails in the past two weeks. They say they will respond within one workday. It's fine if that one day is three-quarters of a day, but it's unacceptable not to respond to your customer for 10-20 days. Edit: I've contacted the owner and Immovita hasn't transferred the deposit.
