€ 28 LIGHTING Last week I saw interesting properties offered by this real estate agent. So I registered and paid a commission of € 28 on September 2nd. Since then nothing more. I cannot log in and the real estate agent does not answer the phone. I have visited three of their published addresses to resolve this personally, but they are nowhere to be found at any of them. After sending them an email, I finally received a response with the promise to solve the problem, but since then NOTHING more.

Very bad experience. You pay €28,- as administrative costs, but then you hear nothing. When you submit a request for a viewing, you receive a message that you will hear something 'soon', but you never hear anything again. It's online gambling, don't start with this website and don't pay!

The real estate agent Movita asks for €28 registration fees and then you hear nothing more. He sent me an email, but when he realized that I am a serious party with ample income, looking for a house for our daughter, he dropped out. I wonder if the properties he offers even exist.

Very difficult to reach, multiple requests made even for an exclusive assignment. No response, no acknowledgement. Also, their office building no longer exists on Laan van Meerdervoort 70. This feels very much like a scam. €28 euros lost and no response. Please respond.

LIGHT EXPOSED!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! We have paid the costs and applied through them for different apartments for months, but received no response, no phone calls, no updates, nothing. After sending multiple emails, calling and trying to get in touch, we eventually received a vague message from someone named 'Paul', without last name or official data, requesting us to re-register. He did not address our concerns, despite the fact that we had already paid. It is clear that they are only after your money. The address they provide is fake, this is not a legitimate company. It's heartbreaking that they exploit people who are already struggling in the middle of a housing crisis.

Just like many others, finding a good home was a real challenge. I registered with all possible providers to have a chance somewhere. Including Immovita. Registration costs 28 euros. For months I responded to homes without success. Often there were already enough interested parties, I didn't fit the profile or the house had already been rented out. Contact via email sometimes ran smoothly. I did not always receive a response back or it took very long which leaves you with uncertainty. I didn't know for sure whether I would have a chance of getting a home through Immovita. Until. I responded to a property, met the profile and was invited for a viewing. Costs 75 euros. This ensures that only seriously interested parties remain from the selection procedure and you get it back later. During the viewing, I was received by Christiaan. A friendly and calm man. The nice thing about the viewing was that no one else was there. There were not 10 other interested parties with whom you have to compete on the spot. This allowed me to view the property in peace and quiet. I was given the time and all my questions were answered neatly. It turned out that I was also the first candidate and had the rest of the day to make a choice. I also received this option from another provider and when I finally wanted to make a choice, the house was gone. Christiaan reassured me that I really had the time and I got it too. That same evening I said yes and the home was assigned to me. I had viewed the property on Sunday and received the keys on Wednesday. After a long search, I suddenly found a house within a week. Conclusion The housing market has been in an absurd state for years where it is difficult to intervene. High demand, low supply and sometimes unreasonable tenant criteria (tenant profiles) from landlords. Immovita's selection procedure may feel like a scam to some, but I preferred it compared to when you view the property with 20 people or a time slot. There is room for improvement in communication, but I can imagine that they are also overwhelmed by email traffic. Immovita did deliver the result and I can write this review from my new home where I am very happy!

I have tried to contact this real estate agency for two months regarding various properties. Unfortunately, their digital communication was frankly poor. Don't waste your time and energy. A fictitious Christiaan comes across as unprofessional via email. Before you can schedule a viewing, you must first pay a deposit of €75, which you supposedly get back after 7 days. I didn't do it myself because the reviews here are worthless. Save yourself time and effort and look for another real estate agent.

SCAMMERS!!! Do not make appointments with these people (I won't even call it an agency). The moment I get my deposit back, Christiaan and all employees have stopped responding to my emails. Bad communication and especially a huge waste of your money. To be able to react you have to pay €28 - because they are smart enough not to put the rental requirements in the advertisements, you only find out after many reactions via email that there is always some reason why you just don’t qualify and that reacting is simply pointless. Now, it's true that sometimes landlords set high demands and a real estate agency may not be able to do much about that - but by conveniently not mentioning these requirements, it mainly comes across as a clever tactic to get as many desperate people as possible to pay so they can react while the chance of meeting the requirements is nil. Save yourself the money and invest in a service or real estate agency that is simply transparent.

As a starter, unfortunately, never found a suitable offer via Immovita. Often it is required that you have a permanent contract and a guarantor is not allowed. Despite several emails and phone calls, I also received no answer to the question of whether suitable homes would become available and registration fees are still lost.

And have a good monthly income, don't be misled by sending €28, you will be dumped, they help you nowhere, you only pay the money for general information they give you. I have had bad experiences with Immovita. This landlord did not return my deposit after my rental agreement ended. A fictitious person named Christiaan simply sends emails with apologies. I visited all branch addresses of Immovita in The Hague and took photos there. At these addresses, there is no real Immovita business premises.

The website contained fictitious advertisements for each house and a membership fee of 28 euros was requested. They claim that everything has already been signed or that they have too many interested customers. In response to my direct mail inquiring about availability, they said there was only one spot left. I have no idea where that is, and when I asked if I could view it, they said I would have to pay 75 euros in advance. I'm not even sure if I can view it, because the landlord decides whether or not I can rent the space. Because I don’t want to stay any longer, I requested a refund of my membership fee. They replied that it would take a day for the money to be transferred via Ideal. That seemed quite strange to me, because Ideal is directly transferred for smaller amounts. Spending time and money on this fraudulent agency is a complete waste of both.

Well, where do I begin about this company. My personal experiences have been downright negative. Let's start with the fact that employees think they can just walk into your house to take pictures and send them to the landlord. Why they think they are allowed to do this has remained a genuine eternal question for me. But what especially makes this company so characteristically bad is their attitude towards tenants who have paid the well-known administrative costs. I too have paid these costs of over 300 while this is simply not permitted. After wanting to request this amount back via email, the employees think they are right because a contract has been signed. “We do have a signed agreement after all and in that case there is a breach of contract.” Apparently not understanding that if you sign a contract for something illegal it is not legally valid. But knowing the law is apparently a nice bonus in the recruitment process and not a requirement. In addition, employees think they are on the market, because when further pointed out to their mistake, you can expect this reaction: “You can make an offer and otherwise we will have to go to court.” Dear employee, you are a real estate agency, not a cattle trader. Well for me the only further logical step was then, the step towards a bailiff. After engaging them, they suddenly seem willing to open their wallets and pay within 1 hour, including collection costs. And dear reader, the icing on the cake is provided by the company itself. Because one Christiaan states here in the comments that this agency no longer charges fees since the new legislation. So in other words, they knew during my recent email contact that they were wrong and simply lied via email. Oh and small legal advice (this seems to be necessary for the umpteenth time), there has never been any new legislation. The court has simply emphasized that your illegal practices are illegal.
