Het is nu 2,5 maand geleden dat mijn contract afliep en ik heb mijn borg nog steeds niet teruggekregen. Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen met het bureau, maar ze reageren niet op mijn e-mails. Het is triest dat ik me genoodzaakt voel een openbare recensie te schrijven in de hoop dat mijn probleem eindelijk wordt opgelost.

Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Contracts are incorrectly drawn up, with incorrect tenant names, incorrect bank details and incorrect terms in the rental agreement. No response for days and weeks. When Kim Brokke is asked to correct errors, she becomes aggressive and insulting in her responses. NOT RECOMMENDED!

In short, after I rented an apartment from them and received terrible service in return, they withhold your deposit. Kim is probably one of the most disgusting people I've ever met. Stay away from them.

I really had a wonderful experience with Kim and Danielle. I rented a great house in The Hague, the communication was ideal, the ladies responded quickly to all questions. Everything that could be arranged remotely was done so - signing the rental documents via DocuSign, the ladies inspected the property beforehand and took all the photos, so on the check-in date I only had to pick up the keys - which is indeed convenient and saves a lot of time. Solution-oriented and able to quickly switch gears – that's what the Infinitas Real Estate team can do. I was in dire need of finding a home quickly when I returned to the Netherlands. Within 30 hours, I had viewed a house, signed a contract, and received my keys. My gratitude is great. You won’t find this level of commitment easily these days.

Infinitas has helped me enormously in the guidance around renting out my apartment! Good advice, quick communication and everything was settled within 2 weeks. Several viewings were planned, I could even choose, so the rental was arranged quickly but carefully.

Thank you for your mediation in the handling of the rental period. We had lived well in the property and had to briefly stop some work to ensure it was handed over neatly. But luckily, Kim clearly told us what our responsibility was and wasn't. When there were subsequently still a number of points outstanding that hadn’t been properly handed over, she mediated in this. Clear communication and reasonably concluded. It was nice that this was possible.

GREAT experience with Danielle and Kim: we saw the house on Wednesday, got the keys on Friday and were able to move in on Sunday. Every conversation was pleasant and open and I found Danielle very honest and transparent about the situation. It was also really nice that they introduced me to the landlord so that we would also have a good connection. A real recommendation - thanks again!

I just contacted The Real Estate Match Makers and got a very rude employee on the line. The conversation started very rudely from her side and she immediately asked for my bank details and other private information that I would prefer not to share over the phone, but preferably at the office. Mrs. did not accept that and immediately changed her tone and became rude. Her last words were: 'YOU WILL NEVER FIND A HOUSE'. And then she hung up right away. I'm trying to call back politely, but every time they hang up. And apparently, the employee lady is ultimately also the owner. So if you want to rent a house, you definitely should NOT do it HERE! Antisocial and rude behavior. Unacceptable that such companies still exist.

Kim helped me with the rental of my apartment and handled it very quickly and expertly. The way of doing business is very professional, and she has a lot of knowledge of the market.

Professional, market knowledge and fast service

We huurden een huis bij dit bureau. Dat was echt een nare ervaring. Vooral Kim was niet aardig. Ze maakte ruzie met ons op de dag dat we het huis zouden opleveren en stak haar middelvinger op door te vloeken. Ze reageerde altijd na lange tijd op onze e-mails. De communicatie was echt slecht. Ik raad dit bureau af. Als je huurder bent, werk dan niet met ze samen. Maar haar stijl is echt onhandig als je verhuurder bent. Tot slot probeerden we haar te bereiken om onze borg voor een maand te innen. Kim zei tegen onze verhuurder: "Ik probeer ze te bereiken, maar ze nemen niet op." Wat een leugen!! Blijf bij deze persoon uit de buurt!!!
