We recently rented out our apartment through InterHouse. It was a complicated matter for us because we were two non-Dutch expats temporarily renting out a property while we were abroad. But Jens and his team at InterHouse could clearly explain the process and work with us on all the administrative work that was needed. They always respond quickly and communicate clearly. Great! Recently, I was able to move into a beautiful apartment in The Hague through Interhouse. What I really appreciate is the professionalism, quick communication, and clarity about their process. Everything from A to Z was clearly explained when entering into the rental agreement. Very friendly staff. Minor defects were documented and quickly resolved. What Interhouse does very well is that they offer a digital vault (AVG!) where you can upload your personal data instead of sending it to a landlord's email address and hoping your data doesn’t end up on the street. This approach from Interhouse gave me a reliable and professional impression of their services. After searching extensively for an apartment in The Hague and surrounding areas, I can say that Interhouse is an example and should be a standard for the many (disreputable) rental agents our country knows and which I have come into contact with.

We have now been renting for six months through Interhouse and are enormously impressed with their service. We did not personally view the house before moving in, but this has not affected the service; Interhouse ensured that the painting was refreshed and new carpet was laid - and they even inquired about our preferences. Although the property is virtually maintenance-free, minor technical issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently, and a broken washing machine was even replaced within 24 hours. The team is friendly and professional, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them!
