Together with the client, Tayamara played the game by offering an apartment cheaply and letting potential tenants compete over the rental price. Ultimately we offered 10% more (€ 2200 > € 2400), but after that she ignored our emails and even phone calls. NO communication. We clearly interpreted her lack of professionalism as a NO. I absolutely cannot recommend Jenter Real Estate. I am curious whether they will at least respond to this review.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had done some research beforehand, but I was truly grateful to Tayamara! The process went so smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. I had trouble finding a suitable rental apartment in The Hague. I came across Tayamara's website and called her. Within two weeks she found an apartment exactly in the area where I wanted to live and within my budget. It is not easy in The Hague! She is very professional, understanding and a very pleasant person to deal with. She made the process very easy to understand. I can wholeheartedly recommend her real estate office.

With four people, we rented an apartment together for almost a year. During that time, problems arose which required a quick solution. However, the real estate agent was difficult to reach. She made empty promises and acted extremely slowly, which in one case resulted in more damage to the apartment. When we were about to move out, it was again very difficult to proceed because we could hardly reach her (she promised to call back but didn't / asked us to call her back within an hour, but then made no attempt to answer the phone). She made contradictory promises to the people trying to move out and leave, and gave suggestions that had no basis at all. As a result, she caused a lot of confusion and extra work because we had to write many e-mails, make phone calls, and try to get everything in order. All in all, it was a quite bad experience. It felt as if we had to be paid for all the work that we did. The only factor that improved the situation was that she is a very nice person. Hopefully, she succeeds in improving the quality of service.

I had a viewing this morning. I woke up at 6 am to travel and reach the house where I had the viewing. They cancelled the viewing without letting me know in time. They didn't call and lied on the phone when I confronted them about it. The lady on the phone, whom I assume is the owner, was also very rude and had an attitude. I absolutely do not recommend this realtor. This is not how a real estate agency should be.

We have engaged Jenter Real Estate to handle the rental of our home in The Hague in October 2018. The property showed some peculiarities and soon it became clear that a renovation was needed.
