Unreachable. Responded via Funda, during our vacation a missed call, did receive an SMS requesting us to contact them by phone. Upon returning home with good spirits we tried calling, at various times and days. No one answers, or the connection is dropped. Then we responded to the SMS asking if they would like to contact us. No response. Looked up the company on the internet, took the email address of the person under the SMS. We have been a week further now and still no response. Very unfortunate, for both buyer and seller, I think.

Buying a house is quite a job, but these three wonderful women made the entire process enjoyable! We had been thinking about buying our own home for a long time, but my husband and I approached the subject as a proverbial 'hedgehog', we were full of fears, doubts... whether it would succeed, whether this undertaking even had the right to succeed. Very useful advice when buying an apartment in The Hague. Koch Real Estate is very accommodating with viewings and helps to do them remotely when necessary. Guidance is provided throughout the entire purchasing process, including contractual explanations, arranging appraisals and technical surveys. A good service package is delivered, even during periods of staff shortages.
