From this place, as a happy homeowner, I would first like to thank Mrs. Sandra, Renata and Saba. Dear ladies. We had been thinking about buying our own house for a long time, but my husband and I approached the subject as a proverbial 'hedgehog', we were full of fears and doubts... whether we could do it and whether this undertaking would succeed. Especially since we are no longer among the youngest. We struggled with our thoughts every day... And we were still standing still. After searching for a long time for a reliable real estate agent, after many conversations with friends who have lived in the Netherlands longer than us, after many hours of following opinions on the internet, the choice fell on Koch Nieruchomości, and as time has learned, a 'bullseye'. The first phone call was made by my husband; he subsequently had contact with Mrs. Renata. Very useful advice when buying an apartment in The Hague. Koch Real Estate is very accommodating with viewings and helps to do them remotely when necessary. Guidance is provided throughout the entire purchasing process, including contractual explanations, arranging appraisals and technical surveys. A good service package is delivered, even during periods of staff shortages.
