I don't understand the good reviews. The (purchase) broker was particularly bad at understanding my wishes as a customer. For example: 'That neighborhood doesn't really suit our family because there are too many coffeeshops.' To which she responded: 'Coffeeshops aren't so bad, I have a few nearby myself.' ... You quickly find another, better and more intelligent broker, because there are plenty of those in The Hague!
