If I could place zero stars, I would. Through this real estate agency, I rented an apartment in Rijswijk. The apartment was nice and I am happy that I was able to secure it. The office on the other hand is very bad: it is very difficult to communicate with them, because the person you need to speak to is usually 'unavailable' or something. We have reported several times about items that needed to be replaced in and around the house and within a year they never repaired anything. Furthermore, my roommates and I are still waiting for the return of the deposit of € two months after the termination of the contract. Very unprofessional behavior.
