I am very satisfied with the company's service, especially Daphne. She is a serious and experienced professional. We searched for 7 months and looked at various options. She knows the market and regulations very well. Some properties we visited seemed okay, but she could immediately see when something was not right or when other brokers provided incorrect information. She spoke clearly when things fell outside the legal framework. She is also very good at checking renovations and gives advice as to whether the renovations were carried out correctly or not, or what consequences this may have for the neighbors. She has a good eye for advice on the costs of homes and she tells you when an apartment or house is too expensive, when it is in a good neighborhood or not. I am very satisfied with the service and I can recommend her.

Unfortunately, we were confronted with an absolute unwillingness to work and carry out tasks. We submitted a request for a housing search service in The Hague to their company. Over the phone, we immediately felt a strange attitude and disinterest. Agent Daphne showed no desire to help with housing, not even for a good salary payment. She did not check or read the documents we sent and handled her duties completely irresponsibly. We saw absolute laziness in all search actions. It is impossible to get through or contact them in any way. It takes a long time for them to respond to emails. Do not use this company if you don't want to become homeless.
