If I could give a rating lower than zero, I would absolutely do so. This office shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism – especially from the owner and the person who handles the tenant matters. Buyers might be treated differently, but as a (potential) renter you can only expect disrespect and dishonesty. If something in the apartment breaks, you have to wait days or even weeks before it is repaired. There is no communication and they clearly exploit tenants. More than one and a half months after my departure I still had not received my deposit back. When it finally arrived, only 50% was refunded, with unjustified deductions for 'professional cleaning' and so-called 'repairs'. I had to hand in the keys without being present for the checkout inspection. Be careful if you are planning to rent through this office – you will probably encounter the same problems during your stay and at the end of your rental period.
