I am very satisfied with the company's service, especially Daphne. She is a serious and senior professional. We searched for 7 months and checked various options. She knows the market and also the regulations very well; some of the places we visited seemed fine, but she could immediately point out when something was not right or other real estate agents provided incorrect information. She spoke clearly when matters did not fall within the legal framework. She is also very good at checking renovation work and gives advice on whether the renovation work was carried out correctly or not and whether this can have consequences for the neighbors. She has a good eye for advice regarding the costs of homes and tells you when an apartment or house is too expensive, when it is in a good neighborhood or not. I am very happy with the service and I recommend her.

Unfortunately, we were confronted with an absolute unwillingness to work and carry out tasks. We submitted a request for a housing search service in The Hague to their company. Over the phone, we immediately felt a strange attitude and disinterest. Agent Daphne showed no desire to help with housing, not even for a good salary payment. She did not check or read the documents we sent and handled her duties completely irresponsibly. We saw absolute laziness in all search actions. It is impossible to get through or contact them in any way. It takes a long time for them to respond to emails. Do not use this company if you don't want to become homeless.
The service is terrible. Do not rely on this company for services. The only thing you receive is a waste of time and a spoiled nervous system. The staff are rude and inattentive. Just protect yourself from them and contact another company.
