Isabelle en haar team namen de aankoop van mijn appartement in Mariahoeve (Den Haag) over van een andere makelaar en hebben mij vervolgens goed begeleid in alle vervolgstappen tot en met de inspectie en het bezoek aan de notaris. Het gaf veel vertrouwen dat Isabelle het huis nog wilde zien, en alle afspraken konde op korte termijn plaatsvinden. Ook het bod hebben we in goed overleg bepaald. Via haar kon ik vervolgens een notaris en inspecteur regelen, en ik kon al mijn vragen en verzoeken bij de verkopende partij kwijt. Er komt altijd meer bij kijken dan je denkt! De documentatie uploaden kon online, dat is heel prettig werken.
We huurden Roelofsstraat 36 van Kimmel in 2024/25. De woonoppervlakte werd opgegeven als 188 m². De Huurcommissie mat echter slechts 152 m². Het is heel vreemd dat het huis steeds groter wordt aangeboden. Momenteel wordt het geadverteerd als 200 m². Het energielabel is E, oftewel een score tussen 2,1 en 2,4 - wat erg merkbaar is, aangezien je het ofwel constant koud hebt in huis, ofwel je stookkosten de pan uit rijzen. Volgens de Huurcommissie is de huurprijs sterk opgeblazen en zou deze realistisch gezien € 2.200 moeten zijn. In de zomer kunnen de twee slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping niet gebruikt worden, omdat ze door de ontbrekende isolatie flink opwarmen. Kimmel beloofde een aantal dringend noodzakelijke reparaties te regelen, maar deze zijn nooit uitgevoerd! Wanneer Kimmel zijn eigen vervangende vakman stuurt, is deze allesbehalve professioneel (hij veroorzaakte zelfs een waterlek dat 24 uur lang onopgelost bleef). Als de huurder werkzaamheden op eigen kosten wil laten uitvoeren, staat Kimmel erop dat alleen professionals worden ingeschakeld die vooraf door Kimmel zijn goedgekeurd. Bij vertrek betaalt u ervoor dat de woning in betere staat wordt teruggegeven dan toen u erin trok. Wees zeer voorzichtig met wat u met Kimmel ondertekent en zorg ervoor dat het aantal vierkante meters van de woning in het contract is gespecificeerd, anders kunt u geen bezwaar maken. Houd er ook rekening mee dat een minimale huurperiode niet wettelijk bindend is. Conclusie: Het is beter om een andere woning te zoeken via een betrouwbaarder makelaarskantoor.

On Friday afternoon, the service is less responsive because the ladies want to go home then and tend to hang up faster with a curt reaction. Emails are not always answered.

Unusual way of negotiating. 1. The final offer is not a final offer. 2. Congratulating you on the purchase and then calling again 3 minutes later with the message that the other party still offered more and that the bid was therefore not accepted. 3. Saying that the favour factor is with you, in the next phone call the favour factor suddenly lies with the other party. The house felt good, but the sales broker messed it up.

I rented my previous apartment from them and the experience was very pleasant. All the agents I contacted were very friendly and responsive. The deposit was quickly refunded after terminating my rental agreement, without any hassle.
Threatening people is not a way of doing business. A team that isn't even fit to run a tent at a street market in the third world. Stay away from it.
