Be especially careful when dealing with MTV Makelardij and any other real estate agent. More specifically: Read a contract very carefully. Clarify every word that you do not fully understand. Involve a lawyer and a mortgage advisor for this. Exclude vague statements from your contract. Check before signing whether all documents that a bank would provide for the resolution of the financial clause meet the requirements of the real estate agent. All oral agreements must be confirmed in writing by email. Proceed only when the current problem is resolved, but work step by step. Record every phone call.
