For me, everything went very easily and quickly. I started with viewings, and the first apartment I asked about, I submitted a bid, which was accepted by the owner three days later. Subsequently, I arranged for a technical inspection at the suggestion of my agent, then we signed the agreement and reviewed all the details before signing it. The next step was arranging my mortgage, and the final step was that the notary signed the actual transfer. I received all the support I could get at every step.

We were excellently helped with the sale of our apartment by Patty. Both the quick communication, a pleasant and clarifying introductory meeting, the commitment; everything was top! Definitely recommended

The start at Plink went a bit messy (hence 4 stars instead of 5). My purchasing broker turned out to no longer work at the office after a few months, and this wasn't communicated to me by the office. After that, the search for a home continued with Patty van Rooy. The contact with her was very pleasant; she provided expert advice and offered good support with many issues. Even outside of office hours, she was always available!

Very bad experience with Plink employee Jeanette van Straaten and landlord Aldo Eikelenboom. Landlord Eikelenboom has wrongfully and illegally withheld a large portion of the paid security deposit. I work in the industry myself and am therefore well informed about laws and regulations regarding this. After raising an objection to the wrongly withheld deposit, the owner refers me to Plink. Never heard anything from Plink again. This is theft and people get away with it.

After reading the reviews below, we came to the conclusion that unfortunately we are not alone. Made an offer on a house, eventually accepted. Champagne open, overjoyed and then called the next day to be told that there was still a gigantic counter-offer?! Super unprofessional, not handled elegantly and a disappointment for us. Shameless and despite the tight market, really not okay handling by the real estate agent in question. We will buy elsewhere from now on, even though our dream house is listed with them.

Ton was our purchasing agent. He was very direct, shared his experience and knowledge in a friendly way with us, and also gave good advice when viewing and ultimately bidding on our house.

Plink realtor was our buyer's agent. We were misinformed regarding bidding with a permit condition. The realtor lacked knowledge of municipal and legal issues involved therein. This resulted in the contracts not including the correct deadlines and conditions, rendering the bid subject to permit approval an empty concept. Do not trust the answers and advice of this realtor in such matters.

Horror experience at Plink. Truly shamefully treated by Patty, the real estate agent for the property. Integrity and reliability are nowhere to be found here. We, as a young couple, made an offer after registering for a property with a bidding deadline. After significantly overbidding, we received the reassuring words: 'congratulations on the purchase'. A big celebration of course, family came by, champagne was opened and everything was set in motion (mortgage/inspection/plans etc.). More than a week after we bought the house, we received a phone call: 'someone placed a higher bid this morning'. This while the deadline had passed a week ago. They invoke the legal cooling-off period and push us aside like worthless dirt. This is not something a decent real estate agent would do. We understand that the market is difficult now but humanity, integrity and reliability are keywords that someone in this profession should put above all else. It's clear that this agency doesn’t care about that and is completely unreliable

Sofia and mother have dealt with Plink. We rented an apartment through them and their service is terrible. They manage the apartment and we've been living for three months without a fully functional kitchen. Sending messages and personal visits to PLINK result in no action, apart from zero apologies. It seems that tenants have no rights at Plink. Do not rent through this real estate agency, especially if they manage the property.

My realtor for more than twenty years, I have bought and sold several houses through them. Absolutely recommended, especially Cees Meevers. Completely honest, doesn't try to push a house on you for a quick deal but really looks at what suits you.
