They charged us far too much money for everything, I moved and all the candidates I sent to take over my contract were offered other properties, so I lost a lot of money, had to hire an arbitrary person to take my place, because at the time I also lost my job due to corona and that negatively affected my old housemates. I absolutely advise everyone not to rent from this company. Especially for Diego, the agent. I received no support from him during my move, and as I said before, he even made it more difficult for me to know what my financial situation was and in these times of crisis for everyone. This man takes advantage of foreigners and students who need to act quickly. Edit for the answer: The last candidate I showed and who currently resides as a tenant also received several homes offered, but he accepted them because he connected with me, so it is not true that the other 5 candidates were all students without income. I had to consistently send emails almost every day to get answers, quickly finalize the contract, and repeatedly call. The administrative costs of 500 euros should be charged to the landlord since you represent him and not the tenants. The only reason I haven't sent a letter via my lawyer is because the invoice is not in my name. You can back up your contract as much as you want, but your work ethic is worthless.
