Be careful with Jerry. He canceled all appointments at my place, which was very easy to sell, excuse me. Always those customers canceling. One day a client came to my place and told me they had been canceled by the realtor at the last minute. Of course, my apartment was sold within 2 days after I terminated our agreement.
