We can't recommend a better real estate agent than Ellen. With her knowledge and experience, she gives honest and critical advice. As a buyer's agent, Ellen offers the right homes that match your wishes. She also walks through the house with you and is very honest and critical, giving you the right advice. She knows what the market does and gives you the correct offer advice. As a seller's agent, she gives you the feeling that she is working solely for you. Even if you send her a message in the evening or on the weekend, she often responds the same day. She puts your home on the market in the right way and does everything to sell your home well. She takes you clearly through each step. Her colleagues are also very experienced. If we ever need a real estate agent again in the future, we will call her directly again.

I purchased my new home through Remax City. The purchase process was chaotic; a scanned pdf of the preliminary purchase agreement, very difficult to reach by phone and email, an unfriendly telephone operator, and an agenda that wasn't well maintained, and a rushed final inspection where the sales broker walked around on the phone. The gentleman who opened the door during the viewing and the structural report were very friendly, there was nothing to complain about. Fortunately, I had a good buyer's agent otherwise I think I would have been enormously panicked by this sales process.
