The house is sold, however every self-respecting real estate agent can sell a house. Before the house was sold, there were indeed short lines. However after that, I had to run around everywhere and emails weren't answered or I wasn't called back. This whole process was new to me and the real estate agent was aware of that, so a bit more extra service would have been nice.

I purchased my new home through Remax City. The purchase process was chaotic; a scanned pdf of the preliminary purchase agreement, very difficult to reach by phone and email, an unfriendly telephone operator, and an agenda that wasn't well maintained, and a rushed final inspection where the sales broker walked around on the phone. The gentleman who opened the door during the viewing and the structural report were very friendly, there was nothing to complain about. Fortunately, I had a good buyer's agent otherwise I think I would have been enormously panicked by this sales process.
