Rogier Snoek was very enthusiastic about the homes and promised an appraisal within a week. Although that was the case, there were factual inaccuracies in the appraisal and he had already gone on vacation for 3 weeks. After multiple emails and phone calls, we eventually reached his colleague Karen Spaans, who was clearly not aware of our appraisal and was very abrupt on the phone. So we have to wait 3 weeks for an explanation. Not pleasant when the financing depends on it. They are not recommended.

Bad experience. After signing the service order, nothing more was heard. I had to arrange viewings myself, no updates, no response to emails. It remained silent for 1.5 years. In the meantime, a nice home has been found through another (involved) purchasing agent.

1 tip: don't do it! RM Wonen was engaged through another broker for a validated appraisal of the purchased property. Granted: not an average property and they needed a renovation plan, but even so it took almost 4 weeks. Not really nice when the financing depends on it. Truly worthless. How different was the appraisal of our current home. That one came in within two working days.
