I strongly advise against it. The company offers help in finding social rented accommodation, but you have to pay 700 euros for six months of assistance. In the contract you sign, it states that the process can take years and that they are not obliged to inform people about the progress of the search, so it is impossible to even check whether they are actually looking. Another problem is that they are not reachable by phone, so if someone answers, it's probably by accident. They justify this with their general terms and conditions. Monthly, they only send a short update about the best place they found with the housing corporation. These places will not be allocated an apartment for quite some time, and they consider it a bonus because the contract does not oblige them to provide information about the results of their work. It is quite possible that they are not even looking for apartments, as there is no way to monitor it. If I had known that the help would be like this, I would never have chosen this company. The person who answers the phone is rude and does not always respond to messages. They made fun of me and wrote: 'I spend all my time texting on WhatsApp.' After trying to contact them and receiving no response, I wrote again that if they are not reachable by phone and do not respond to messages, I would request termination of the contract and a refund for the unused time. The reply was that the contract had been terminated and that I would not receive a refund, so I got the impression that they wouldn't even be able to find an apartment for the period I paid for. This company is not reachable by phone and does not have an email address to which I can send a complaint. The only way to communicate is via WhatsApp. I am sorry, but I am afraid. The poor bedridden person is crying due to social loss; for half a year, I can only pay 700 euros. They say you should be happy because the contract does not require any information to be provided about the results of their work. It is also possible that they are not looking for an apartment at all, as you have no insight into your assignment. If I had known what the help would look like, I would never have decided to cooperate with this company. The person I corresponded with is rude and does not always respond to messages. He laughed at me by writing: 'You spend all your time writing messages on WhatsApp.' After trying to contact them and receiving no response, I reiterated that if they are not reachable by phone and do not respond to my messages, I want to cancel the assignment and have them transfer the amount paid for the remaining time to my account. I received a reply stating that the contract had been terminated immediately and that I would not receive a refund, so they wouldn’t even look for an apartment during the period I paid for. This company is not reachable by phone and does not have an email address where I can file a complaint. The only way to correspond is via WhatsApp.

I paid 50e for a meeting about getting social rental homes faster. After waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes, waiting with the value of half a year because you can't be on time and have no respect for my time (you had a lunch break during our meeting) and I only wasted time in the waiting room and our meeting, prepaid by me for an amount of PLN 50, turned out to be less important than lunch and was pushed aside. When you finally let me in for an interview, unfortunately, I didn't learn anything specific (besides the fact that there is no way to get a flat faster in my region, only general information). No offer of an apartment near where I live (you could have said the same much earlier when we spoke on the phone before the meeting, because you already knew my annual income, living situation and requirements regarding the municipality and other details instead of DRAWING ME IN AND WASTING MY TIME. NO HELP OBTAINING AN APARTMENT, MONEY WASTED!!
