Nadat ik geprobeerd had contact met ze op te nemen en geen reactie kreeg, heb ik ze opnieuw geschreven. Ze zeiden dat als ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar zijn en niet op berichten reageren, ik de beëindiging van het contract en een terugbetaling voor de niet-gebruikte tijd wil. Ik kreeg als antwoord dat het contract was beëindigd en dat ik geen geld terug zou krijgen. Ik kreeg de indruk dat ze voor de betaalde periode helemaal geen appartementen meer zouden zoeken. Dit bedrijf is telefonisch niet bereikbaar en beschikt niet over een e-mailadres waar u uw klacht naartoe kunt sturen. De enige manier om te corresponderen is via WhatsApp. Ik raad het zeker af.
