Where do I begin? They did amazing work! Steenks and van Deelen helped me until the very last step. They went above and beyond to ultimately make it a success. After the purchase was closed, the buyer unfortunately defaulted three times (!). SVD supported me by conducting inquiries with colleagues, involving the legal department, continuously contacting the purchasing agent, notary, and buyer. They performed several analyses to protect my interests as a seller. They also guided me through various steps with the notary, buyer, and purchasing agent. They spared no effort to make it successful. They simply did good work, and I am extremely happy that I chose SVD.
