I initially had a very good feeling about these gentlemen. After the sale in 2021, however, something started to work, but then you are too late. And then you know it! Morale, no. Roger's explanation was that we heard another company valued your property, so we didn’t worry about it. After emailing him requesting to proceed, we received no response or explanation.
