Very disappointing experience with this company. After waiting more than 6 weeks for Roger to come assess our home, Roger explained that we had heard that another company had assessed your home, so we didn't do it. After we sent him an e-mail requesting to proceed, we received no response or explanation. Absolutely worthless company without any form of customer service. Stay away from it.
