Beware!! This is not a reliable company. They have already scammed me and several others multiple times. I have also reported their actions to the police!
WARNING: Very unreliable company. I discovered that they also charge experts unjustified costs, which they did not have to pay. I rented out my apartment through them and they also tried to scam me by charging fees that I didn't have to pay. Later I found out that they are scamming others as well. Really a company you can’t trust. They don’t answer the phone and ignore every attempt at contact when you try to find a solution.
This rental company is NOT trustworthy. Not only are the employees incredibly disrespectful (especially Andre, if he still works there). I want to make it clear that I am a real person, not a robot, and that I have had a very negative experience with this company. They may even lie in response to this review and say they've never heard of my name – but this is not true. They delete their Google account every year or so to eliminate the evidence of their terrible and unlawful behavior (hence the low ratings, even though they’ve existed for over 5 years), but in my own experience, my heating broke down for more than 2 months in winter and when I called them to fix it, I was laughed at over the phone. The only thing this company cares about is money; once they have it, they DO NOT HELP you. They even tried to scam me multiple times with extra costs and taxes, which are not even legal in the Netherlands! This company is APPALLING. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

For a few months now, we've been working with TREC when there are malfunctions or other issues within their managed portfolio. We work closely with Bianca, and it’s very pleasant to collaborate with her! She responds super quickly - no matter what the subject is; she communicates clearly towards us, but also towards her tenants. On top of that, invoicing is processed very quickly as well. I cannot recommend the services of The Real Estate Company. They don't even deserve 1 star! From the beginning, dealing with them was frustrating due to a lack of professionalism and competence, especially among key staff members A. (he), B. (she) and A. (she). Communication was constantly poor. Once I moved out, all emails and phone calls were ignored, making it impossible to obtain any support or clarification. The final inspection by A. (she) which supposedly would be done by A. (he) was another problem - despite an agreed-upon time, she arrived early, took photos for the report while I was still cleaning, and showed no flexibility. The management of the agency is unyielding and chaotic, with poor coordination between them and landlord N.. Instead of helping tenants, they shift responsibility back and forth, putting tenants in a frustrating circle. A significant point of concern is the process for returning deposits. Numerous other reviews mention withheld deposits, and I unfortunately experienced the same. It took legal action and several months to finally get my deposit back after moving out in October 2024 and only receiving it in February 2025. Furthermore, it appears that any negative reviews about their service are quickly removed, which raises concerns about transparency. Although I will not disclose specific names or addresses, this was in The Hague - so I strongly advise potential tenants to be cautious when dealing with them!

This apartment is in a great location, close to Albert Heyn and tram 17
Worst parcel shop I've ever experienced. Opening hours are incorrect and you can only drop off one package at a time. If you don’t feel like or have time for the service, you should just close as a DHL point.
What a hopeless, unprofessional organization this is. Open for package pick-up Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00. You come at 17:47 to collect a parcel and the door is locked in front of your face. With the excuse: the alarm is already on. Ehh I think it just says on your site that you are open until 18:00. The lady's reaction, we are people and it’s Friday. Then put on your site that you close the door on Fridays when you feel like it and not at 18:00. Now a whole weekend of waiting and try again on Monday. Hopefully they will be open then, because yes, who wants to work on Mondays. Never let a parcel be picked up at this pick-up point again.
They remove the negative reviews and change their company name, but please be aware that this place is a scam.
Does not respond about the deposit, generally unpleasant to communicate with.
