The best experience I've had so far with a real estate agency. Why? The entire process was excellently managed from start to finish by the realtor and his assistants. They involved us in every step, asked us about our wishes (because we were the selling party), e.g. what is important to us, price ea conditions. The lady on the phone - I don't think it's nice to mention her name here - had the idea that I was only calling as someone interested in a property, but I wanted to contact them for the sale of my current home. Then you shouldn't make this customer feel brushed off, because then you've lost them.
