The best experience I've had so far with a real estate agency. Why? The entire process from start to finish was excellently guided by the realtor and his assistants. They involved us in every step and asked us about our requirements (since we were the selling party), for example, what was important to us, the price, and other conditions. The realtor negotiated on our behalf with the potential buyer and we got the best price for our house. The lady on the phone - I don't think it's nice to mention her name here - had the idea that I was only calling as someone interested in a property, but I wanted to contact them for the sale of my current home. Then you shouldn't make this customer feel brushed off, because then you've lost them.
