Since August, I've been in contact with this realtor regarding the sale of a property and 2 months later, the property is still not listed on Funda. They state that there are many sick people. Annoying of course, but I shouldn't minimally/experience any hindrance from that.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a realtor, especially Shaniel Mangal, this man has no way to talk to his clients. Because of him, I terminated the sales agreement with OV after paying the penalty amount, which left a hole in my own pocket. I still thought it was fine to pay extra money rather than doing business with such an impolite company.

A friend bought a house through this realtor, Reinier. And explained that they need a mortgage for it. They consciously omitted article 19.1 regarding terminating conditions (so if the mortgage doesn't go through, they pay 10% of the sale price). So please read contracts carefully with this realtor!
