I can absolutely not recommend this real estate agency. After my move, they assured me that my deposit would be refunded within a maximum of 30 days, but they missed their own deadline and received my money well over a week after the 30 days. Instead of getting my money back, the real estate agency postponed the refund with excuses about 'missing invoices', which is not my responsibility, especially after they had more than enough time to request everything they needed. Throughout the entire rental period, the real estate agency ignored serious issues in the apartment, including mold, even though they were fully aware of it. These problems affected our health, but nothing was adequately addressed. To make matters worse, they withheld almost a third for cleaning (even though the apartment wasn't clean upon arrival) and painting of only two doors in a very small apartment. Such an disproportionate high price is unacceptable and feels completely unfair. They always use the landlord as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. If I rent a house from them, they should be responsible for the house and not shift blame onto the landlord when there is a problem. We always paid on time, respected the property and acted in good faith, but the way the real estate agency handled the situation was unprofessional, unreasonable and very disappointing. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before getting involved with them. Let them not take advantage of you because of the housing crisis.
