Joeri was the selling agent for our first house. Every starter knows that the housing market is not a party, and every starter also knows that many agents make it even worse. Often you are expected to base the biggest financial decision of your life on a viewing of just ten minutes, while the agent hangs disinterestedly in a corner. We were in the house for an hour during the first viewing (and that's not because it’s such a huge house), where Joeri explained everything to us about the house.
