The appraisal report they provided was very thorough and in-depth, and the communication went smoothly. It did take some time, but that is to be expected given the busyness and the back-and-forth discussion about the renovation. All in all, a great appraisal office!

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. After we received confirmation that our offer was accepted and all necessary procedures were started, we were informed three working days later by our advisor that a higher bid had been made, after which we were asked to match this bid. This approach is both unfair and unacceptable. It demonstrates a lack of professionalism and raises serious questions about the transparency and integrity of their business practices. This is not how ethical business should be conducted and we would therefore like to urgently warn others before entering into an agreement with them.

A fine realtor who knows how to get things done, quickly sold our parental home, super accessible, also at unusual times when we had “urgent” questions. They know what they're talking about and therefore paint a realistic picture, no nonsense amounts, and even tricky specific things that have nothing to do with the job of a realtor were sorted out for us in passing because we lived far from the house. In short, top!!!

Ruud sold our house in January to our full satisfaction. He is truly a very pleasant real estate agent. Nothing was too much for him, opening a difficult hatch, checking and scanning the mail, etc., etc. Definitely not a 9 to 5 mentality… In short, highly recommended.

Good office, understands the matter at hand. They are honest and transparent. The customer is central. Sometimes a bit more difficult to reach by phone but that's the case everywhere nowadays with staff shortages. They always follow up quickly afterwards.

It is difficult to assess them as a company, because I am sure that in many cases they are honest and professional. Unfortunately, we bought a house through them last year and although the owner of Wilburg admitted to not being honest and tried to make it right, we still have problems after a year with an issue that he kept hidden from us until we were contractually bound to buy the house. As a result, more than a year later, we are still facing legal issues due to who used to live there. If we had known that the police and the municipality were involved before we committed to buying, we would not have proceeded if Ruud, the owner, had been honest. And if someone from Wilburg responds to this and says that the facts are untrue, I have an email chain that proves it all and I would also like to post a review.

Terrible brokers. I was a potential buyer of a house that they were selling. Months of arguing with the broker and their seller. I always ended up speaking to assistant Mimi, but she absolutely does not possess the professional qualities of a broker. There has never been clear communication; I had to constantly call and email myself to get updates. Every time understanding is shown and improvement is promised, but changes absolutely do not follow, the same song and dance every time! Do not do business with these people! Terrible!

These might be the worst real estate agents I have ever seen in the world. I rented a house through this agency. Although the house has many problems, they never returned my email to my phone. I dealt with a lot of issues. They sent me an email stating that the contract would not be extended after two years. We immediately started looking for a house. As soon as we found the house, we said we would leave and made an appointment. They came and said it was clean and they took the key. But they didn't pay my deposit under the pretext of the contract. I would pay the costs of moving to a new house with it. I don’t understand how they expect me to give a final termination notice three months in advance in a country where it is so difficult to find a house. They are not giving us money that we barely save. I think it's far.

Although there were sometimes moments when I would have liked it to be faster (impatient), I am very happy with the team at Wilburg real estate agents. Well guided with the quick sale of our previous home and we were well assisted with the purchase of our current home.

They broke the sales agreement after having to reject strange proposals from their side...lied and deceived! I read the reaction to my astonishment. I was the seller and my house had been for sale for years, despite a low price. The advice was always to set a lower price in order to get rid of it.

It was just a bad experience with this company. The most inaccurate and uncommunicative real estate office. I wasted my time going to the appointment to view the apartment, but the appointment was canceled without any notice. The apartment was sold without even giving a viewing, even to those who had already made an appointment a week ago.
