Only bad memories of Rob from wonen makelaars. Be aware that he has many people coming to view your house and sets very favorable conditions. If it were sold during the first viewing, we would pay much less. Afterwards, the whole thing was fabricated in an attempt to try and make as much money out of it as possible while doing as little as possible for it. There was already a bid that he deliberately withheld so that it was the second viewing and we would have to pay more. The people who bought our house backed out because they were put under too much pressure by Rob. I lay awake at night about it. To everyone, don't go into business with this man. Only negative experiences with him. Presents himself as an NVM broker but is not.
