Today we had an appointment to view the property, they put it on sale at 1:00 PM. We arrived at the accommodation at 12:55 PM. We rang the doorbell, no response. At 1:05 PM, nobody showed up, so we called back to the agent and were told that their agent would meet us shortly. Around 1:15 PM, we received a phone call from the real estate agent and were told that the owner had to open the door for us and that they could not contact the homeowner, which meant the realtor had already left the area because they could not reach the owner. So they said that they will contact us again as soon as they can contact the owner to make a new appointment. The whole time we were there alone, no agent and even no phone call beforehand to clarify that they couldn't reach the owner and so far (6:05 PM) they still haven’t called us back.
Property that was for sale has been purchased. The mortgage has also been arranged. All worries have been removed with Yuvam.
