Wij zijn over gestapt van een andere VVE beheerder naar GewoonVVEbeheer. Wat een verademing was dat. Communicatie is helder en men houdt zich goed aan de afspraken. De overstap ging soepel en had nog beter beter gekund als de vorige beheerder zich aan de afspraken had gehouden. Problemen worden adequaat aangepakt, zelfs kort voor de Feestdagen werd het probleem wat zich voordeed nog opgelost. VVE Prins Hendrik kwartier.

Tevreden over de werkzaamheden als onze beheerder van 20 appartementen. Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en zaken worden snel opgepakt.

Switched from our previous manager to Gewoon VvE Beheer, as a board we can rightfully say that we are helped as an association. Emails are answered quickly, phone calls are picked up and we receive good assistance. There is much contact between the manager and us as a board. We have regular contact with our relationship manager who is accessible. All in all, we are happy. We can therefore recommend Gewoon VvE Beheer.

When I had to move out of my old house, luckily I was able to get a new house through the housing mediator again. Thank you very much for this! Unfortunately, there are also some drawbacks. I have never received a final bill for gas and electricity from my old house since March 2023. Also, I've been trying to get my solar panels working for 3 months now. Every time they say they will look into it but so far it has not been resolved...

Last year we decided to switch to Gewoon VvE Beheer (GVB) with the Homeowners Association (HOA). The preparatory discussions went well, clear agreements were made. This concerned not only the agreements between the HOA and GVB, but also the communication between the old HOA manager and GVB. This proceeded to great satisfaction. The transition was smooth and, of course, there are various matters that require further attention, such as authorizations with the banks. This too has been resolved in good cooperation. GVB is very proactive in solving all sorts of problems at the complex and with the owners. In doing so, the board is kept well informed and consulted. Since January 1, 2025, Gewoon VvE Beheer is the new manager of VvE Ruimteplan DivMag at Het Arsenaal 44 in Den Helder. Gewoon VvE Beheer handles the technical, administrative and financial management for our VvE. We are very happy with this collaboration and experience Gewoon VvE Beheer as an experienced and highly involved manager who quickly addresses and resolves issues. The communication between Gewoon VvE beheer and the board is also of a very good level. As far as we are concerned, it is recommended for every VvE looking for a new manager.

I have rented a house for several years to my satisfaction; when something was wrong, it was repaired. Otherwise, I never had any problems with the rental property brokerage and received my deposit back punctually. So, my experience was simply very good.

It is telling that this company has chosen the Night Watch as wallpaper design for their new office building. Because just like Rembrandt's masterpiece broke with the artistic conventions of his time, the Huurwoningbemiddelaars have no qualms about violating the provisions in their own contracts – especially when it comes to returning deposits. After we recently rented an apartment from them, my wife and I recently moved and handed over the apartment in excellent condition, as they confirmed in the handover protocol. Moreover, we never had any rent arrears and submitted all the documents in good order that they deemed necessary to return our deposit. They confirmed this in writing and promised to refund the money. However, it has been more than 9 weeks since we received confirmation and more than 10 weeks after the end of the rental agreement, and we still have not received our deposit back. We sent them multiple reminders and notices of default more than two weeks ago, but I suspect that Martijn Valk thinks he can keep our money because we have moved abroad. This will force us to take legal action against them. Unless you want your rightfully earned money to be invested in a shiny neon light or a coffee maker in their new, chic office building, I advise everyone who is considering doing business with the Huurwoningbemiddelaar to AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!

I have been renting out several homes through De Huurwoning Bemiddelaar for years, to full satisfaction. No vacancy, any problems with tenants are always resolved quickly and in good consultation, and if there is something wrong with the property, they have a team ready to resolve it quickly.

You can go to Martijn and his people with all questions. For us, it's important that when jobs need to be done, you can also address the same contact person. So we are very satisfied with Martijn and his team.

Contact with Martijn is very pleasant. He is always reachable and keeps his appointments.

Pay close attention if you do business with this company. My girlfriend has been terribly scammed and deceived by Martijn Valk and his cronies. She has already told her story but after serious intimidation and threats, I also want to issue an extra warning. I am absolutely not letting him off the hook; he has the name SCAMMER in Den helder but apparently no one dares to do anything about his mafia practices. It must stop. I will involve all media available to dethrone this crook. If you are also a victim of this man, feel free to contact me. Together we are strong and don't be intimidated.

The critical reviews are simply removed. So here's a small update. While searching, they seem to think with you until you find a house. From that moment on, the service is very mediocre. If you need them, they don't come or respond very late or not at all, and ultimately nothing happens. Until you haven’t paid, then they are at your door within 2 days. It's just that I was in housing emergency and had no other choice; otherwise, I definitely wouldn't have chosen them. They claimed the problems I experienced were due to the landlord, which may well be true, but to resolve it, they do very little in my opinion.

Landlords and tenants beware! The company asks tenants to pay €45 before they even talk to you or tell you what the required documents are. I paid the money, but then saw that I didn't have all the necessary papers. I asked for a refund, but they bluntly said 'no'. This means you can only use their services if you live in the Netherlands for longer than a year, and that new people and immigrants aren’t good enough. If they had a better business, they wouldn’t need to take money upfront. I would never recommend this agency to a landlord or tenant. Go somewhere else.

For the 3rd time renting privately through De Huurwoning Bemiddelaar and always experienced this positively. They think along with you and keep you informed of the process. For my new house, I was allowed to receive the keys a few weeks earlier because I could move a little bit every day in peace instead of everything in a short amount of time, very pleasant. Thanks!

I rented here from March to November 2020. I am very dissatisfied. My €800 deposit was returned after 10 weeks (after many unhappy emails and phone calls). I paid €80 per month in advance heating costs during the summer. I have never seen this money again. Martijn is difficult to reach and his administration responds curtly. I advise against this mediator!

Poor service, it's difficult to get in touch with them, except when you write a negative review. They only paid after I promised to remove my review.

We would like to thank Martijn and the team for their good cooperation, flexibility, and hospitality with coffee in the office. My wife and I are very satisfied with the 2 houses that we have already rented through this company. Top sorted meanwhile. Also the previously charged brokerage fees have now been neatly refunded. Excellent recovery therefore by the rental housing broker! Thank you for that. In the meantime, I've contacted the rental housing broker. They do admit that they didn't act properly in this case. I received an assurance that e.e.a. will be handled without intervention from the court. That sounds settled, now we just have to wait and see if everything proceeds as promised. From 1 to 3 stars. Unfortunately, we also have experiences similar to those of Ruud Lava. Despite assurances, the deposit is not refunded. Ultimately, a lawyer must be involved, despite which they are dragging out the process. They still charge brokerage fees to the tenant. This club thinks and acts as if they are above the law. Probably a great organization for homeowners, but as a tenant: stay far away from here!

Mistakes are made everywhere, we have been renting from this company for years and everything is neatly resolved when there's something.

We have very good experiences with this company when it comes to renting out real estate. We own multiple properties and work very well together with this organization. The people also need to sometimes look at their own behavior. Whoever doesn't pay, must feel the consequences for it.

Renting here for 1.5 years now, received good and pleasant assistance!
