Wij zijn tevreden over deze makelaar. De communicatie verliep prima en duidelijk, voornamelijk via e-mail. Daarnaast hebben ze ons goed geholpen met de styling van de woning, wat zeker heeft bijgedragen aan de verkoop. Het huis is uiteindelijk succesvol verkocht.

Warnars makelaardij is een professionele makelaar met een warme begeleiding naar ons als klant. Zij hebben ons goed begeleid bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning en bij de begeleiding van de verkoop vans ons huidige huis.

Alle stappen in het verkoopproces verliepen precies zo als Warnars had verteld. Vragen werden altijd direct behandeld door een van de medewerkers

Vanaf het eerste contact met het makelaarskantoor verliep het soepel! Eerste bezoek ingepland, de makelaar heeft toen een schatting gemaakt en het een en ander uitgelegd. Toen ik 3 maanden later aangaf zover te zijn en de foto’s al gemaakt waren kon het huis meteen online. Vervolgens is 2 weken later mijn huis al verkocht! Deze makelaar zou ik iedereen kunnen aanraden :)
