Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent. Strange lady who even seemed somewhat shady. I spent no less than 4 hours in the car to view a property which turned out to be much worse upon arrival. Nothing about this was mentioned beforehand, neither in writing nor by phone. It was noticeable that the realtor immediately started talking about her good ratings on funda. Is that how you prove you're good? It just raises suspicion when people want to profile themselves directly. And that suspicion proved to be justified. The tenant was more honest about her rental property than the real estate agent herself. In addition, I only heard during the viewing that the rental contract is with the rental committee. The realtor wants to change the rental contract because it doesn't match, but conveniently forgets that the rental income would no longer be guaranteed for the investor. This too was not told to me beforehand. The poor condition of the property and the rental contract issues are both points that potential buyers absolutely need to know in advance. Unfortunately, thanks to this realtor, I wasted a lot (expensive!) time and money. An absolute no-go this real estate agency!

I would not recommend this lady, because she did not adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract. Mrs. Ester was supposed to find a house for us, but during her search, she only suggested houses that were sold exclusively through her, so that she would earn double, both for us and for the sellers. She didn't suggest any other houses; we responded to every house that came along, and when I asked to schedule a viewing appointment, she said we had to do it ourselves because she didn’t have time. When we requested her to stop searching, she sent us an invoice of 950 euros for the termination of the contract. Please stay away from her.
