But with Rosse from Van de Giesen real estate agents, it really makes the difference and takes that extra step(s)!! Not only during the sale but also afterwards when there was an issue with the division deed, she showed attention and precision. Thank goodness we didn't buy our house through you, it’s really a shame that we have you as the rental agent for the apartment above. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a substantive response to the emails of December 3, 9, 16 and 30. Should you suddenly find the ability to address us properly regarding our request to remove the rotten, falling apart and unsafe balcony from our roof so that we can finally fix our leak (which most likely originated from your neglected maintenance), we remain available. We have since reviewed the VvE administration and it turns out that the property is owned by Van de Giesen Makelaars B.V. - so not Robby van de Giesen personally. We understand very well that you do not want to be associated with the poor performance of another party, but since the website and general email address of Van de Giesen are the same for all branches, it seemed very logical to us to present our story to the branch located in the same municipality as the property in question. Your branch is therefore also the one we initially called and when asked if we were at the right address, this was confirmed. We have since carried out the work ourselves, but it would be nice if there was an inquiry into the status of the damage caused by the neglected maintenance. It is not our intention to publicly discuss this and we certainly want to remove the response as well, but we are still waiting for a substantive, reasonable and fair reaction. Terrible office. They have a property for rent in Huisduinen, but they don't respond to ANY of the emails I send them. Sorry, but if that’s your service. Then things really go wrong from the very beginning. Also often unavailable by phone. In short: stay away from this company
