AVT was geweldig bij het verkopen van ons ouderlijk huis. Je hebt er geen omkijken naar, maar ze houden je goed op de hoogte en helpen je door alle administratieve stappen heen met goede uitleg. Dit was met name fijn omdat ik ver in het buitenland zit, maar zoals gezegd ging het van een leien dakje. Grote klasse!

Duidelijke communicatie, gedegen advies en bereikbaar wanneer het echt nodig is. Al met al een heel fijn makelaarsteam.

With AVT Makelaars, I only have experience as a private buyer in relation to AVT as a selling broker. I can therefore only share something from this perspective, but my experience with Jonathan was so positive that I felt it deserved a review. Jonathan was very friendly, communicative and transparent. I experienced him as a selling broker for two different properties. Regarding the second property, I really appreciated that he called to inform us about it when bids came in earlier than the deadline for indicating whether we would make an offer, and to ask if we were still interested. In that case, we could still place a bid until the previously agreed date; in the second instance, he would have already given it a push. (The property had already been sold to a buyer who ultimately did not secure financing, so this second round proceeded somewhat differently than the standard procedure) Because we were hesitant and didn't want to deny other interested parties, but Jonathan otherwise gave us the space to think about it for a few more days. I would like a selling broker to treat potential buyers as he did.

I first met Danny van Buuren during a viewing of an apartment offered by AVT Makelaars, which I was ultimately allowed to buy, partly thanks to Danny’s involvement. Because of the good impression Danny made on me back then as a selling agent, I knew exactly who to contact when I wanted to sell the apartment myself a few years later; I wanted potential buyers to have the same pleasant experience that I had.
