Daphne was my realtor when I sold my house. She is a driven, mega enthusiastic woman who works with humor and style. She does the styling herself and she does it well! It also saves a lot of money, you don't have to hire a stylist. I experienced her as a pleasant person and an honest realtor. The bidding process went through eerlijk bieden.nl. However, during the bidding and selling process, there was cheating by placing a fake bid by the family of an interested couple. They could therefore bid with prior knowledge, which is not allowed, even punishable. They therefore had the highest bid. My house would therefore go to this couple in accordance with the rules. I myself withdrew the mandate from this family when I found out about their false game just before signing the preliminary sales contract. After a lame excuse letter from their side, I stuck to my position. I did not want these cheating people in my house which I was very attached to. Then came the stories from these people; first, trying to blacken Daphne and me with the claim that we would have given a higher bid instead of to this family. Idiot story because Daphne would never have agreed to that. That is against her integrity and the fair bidding process. (below) And other accusations. I find these people really sad, they are vengeful bad losers, dishonest people who do not take responsibility for their own actions. Has nothing to do with Daphne! On the contrary, I can highly recommend her. Very nice, involved and honest realtor! Who also does not try to hoodwink you about the costs.
