Leif Petersen of ERA Van De Steege is a very pleasant and skilled real estate agent. From the first contact, it felt right. He came with good strategic advice on how and when to put my apartment on the market. And that didn't go unrewarded; within 1.5 weeks, my apartment was sold well above the asking price. It is a crazy market in Amsterdam at the moment. For me as a seller, that was very pleasant of course. But I found it important that my potential buyers also had a good feeling about it. That's why I chose ERA Van De Steege. The first contact with the office was immediately very pleasant. The office and the entire backoffice seemed very friendly and competent. I found that very important because this is also the first point of contact for my potential buyers. The combination of Mr. Petersen as a real estate agent and this well-organized backoffice made the process from start to final transfer a very enjoyable one.
