The communication was clear, the lease agreement was well explained and the check-in was organized with all documents and photos that were available. Bianca was very polite and helpful during both the viewings and check-in, which made everything a lot easier. Awesome experience! Although finding a rental property in Amsterdam can be quite a challenge, KK Amsterdam was a great find and the whole process went very smoothly. The real estate agents are really nice and you can really tell that their customer service mentality is far from normal. Our experience with other real estate agents was terrible. Usually, we only received automated emails and if we were lucky enough to get a viewing, they came without any interest and just wanted to end it (and it doesn't matter to them either, because the market is so dynamic, they know that someone will rent the property anyway). With KK Amsterdam, we already noticed from the first email we received from them that they wanted to add a bit more 'humanity' in their interaction with us. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

The rental process with KKAmsterdam went very smoothly. After I was accepted for the apartment, the lease agreement and other documents were quickly handled. The check-in with Bianca went smoothly; we made an inspection report and an inventory list. All my questions were quickly answered by the team. Finding a rental apartment in Amsterdam can be stressful, but this was a piece of cake. A real recommendation.

Overall, the rental experience went very smoothly and quickly. From the moment I registered until check-in, they were extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions and negotiations. I especially want to emphasize the exceptional service of Lyte; she handled most of the paperwork and questions extremely well and efficiently. The only 'problem', which is not a big problem, is that I had the feeling that check-in was somewhat rushed and not prepared for the following specific cases: 1- We couldn't find the storage of the apartment and it took a few days before we found out where it was located. However, this was not a big problem. 2- The apartment had holes in the living room wall that were not sealed by the previous tenant or the real estate agency/owner before my new rental. Positively, this was clearly mentioned in the damage reports at check-in. The rest of the check-in and the support afterwards were well handled. I discovered damage after check-in and they noted it quickly and professionally. I can still not judge the concerns about checkout and cleaning that other reviewers shared, as I just checked in. It is however very common to always have a professional cleaning service done before a new rental agreement, even if the previous tenant cleaned excellently. I therefore recommend you to take this into account and handle it well in advance and communicate with both the agency and owner to avoid as many problems as possible.

Normaal gesproken deel ik niet graag negatieve recensies, maar deze keer was het wel nodig. Ik had een huurovereenkomst met dit bureau en ze waren ronduit onprofessioneel: het contract was niet op tijd klaar, het antwoord op onze e-mail liet extreem lang op zich wachten... Uiteindelijk lukte het me alleen om contact te houden met de eigenaar, die overigens een heel aardig persoon was :). Helaas had ik na mijn verhuizing nog steeds met ze te maken. Hoewel we samen met mijn huisgenoot twee dagen lang het huis perfect hebben schoongemaakt, rekenden ze toch 10 uur schoonmaakkosten (geen idee wat ze al die tijd hebben gedaan), wat ons uiteindelijk € 150 + € 50 voor schoonmaakmiddelen (€ 50!! Ja, je leest het goed) kostte. Hebzuchtig en onprofessioneel, dat is wat dit bureau het beste past. Ze doen er alles aan om je op te lichten, dus als je ze kunt vermijden, doe dat dan! Trouwens, KK betekent poep in het Frans, wat ik een vrij accurate omschrijving vond. (Mijn bericht is verwijderd omdat ze hun bedrijfslocatie hebben gewijzigd, maar aangezien ze hun werkwijze niet hebben gewijzigd, wil ik ervoor zorgen dat andere mensen niet worden opgelicht)
