Plainly scandalously bad deal. The sales agent withheld essential information and lied (we knew as buyers) afterwards. Agreements were not followed up on by Tulp. There were multiple grammatical and spelling errors in the contracts. The reachability of the contact persons was poor and you are 's evenings on a holiday called at dead end to provide information because TULP has not got the matters in order. Because we are starters, we did not appeal to the safe defects, which turned out to be there afterwards. At the key handover we almost got a kick in the pants. And mixing up 'mister' and 'missus' in official documents is one of the least irritating things. Thanks for this crap experience, very nice as a starter to get acquainted with the housing market. No 2 stars because we did not get any vaseline.
