I have had a very unpleasant experience with this realtor. The owner, Eric van de Heuvel, discriminated against me and gave negative advice based on that. Mr. Van den Heuvel was very unfriendly in his communication, bordering on rude. Very arrogant and definitely not recommended. It has since been learned that at least one person has had a similar experience with the same gentleman. (Update June 3, 2025: The original text has been marginally adjusted following a letter from Mr. Van den Heuvel's lawyer and the real estate agency. The truth can walk naked through the streets, but lies must dress up well.)

Prima makelaar waar je heel goed zaken mee kan doen en ook voor persoonlijk aandacht is Niclas een fijn persoon. Zijn plan van aanpak komt hij ook allemaal na, dus geen valse beloftes. Hij houdt er van om snel te handelen en dat was ook goed, binnen een week was mijn appartement verkocht! Helemaal top!! Als je de woning wilt gaan verkopen kan ik iedereen Zuiderhoek Makelaars aanraden!
