Voor de derde keer goede en prettige begeleiding gehad bij het verkopen van mijn woning. Bij de eerste afspraak was alles al tot in de puntjes voorbereid. Het huis kon hierdoor snel op de foto en ook snel in de verkoop. Er werden mooie foto’s en drone beelden gemaakt. Tijdens de kijkdagen werd ik goed op de hoogte gehouden. Van Dijk Van Essen Makelaars was mijn tweede makelaar ivm door mijn 1e makelaar niet verkochte appartement. Mijn appartement werd onder kostprijs verkocht. Ik had geen andere keuze door mijn naderende verloopdatum van overbruggingskrediet. Dat was een makkie voor de makelaar een nieuw net opgeleverde appartement te verkopen onder de vraag en kostprijs. Spent years as part of it, but when I came to the hardest point of my life and everything was in ruins, there was no support. If you unsubscribe, you hardly speak to anyone you regularly spoke with afterwards. Not even during a visit. As if you are no longer part of God's family as is preached. Out of sight is truly out of heart.
