We have known this broker(s) for a longer time and chose them again because we find them to be nice people. Easily approachable and good communication, just pleasant contact. The house was sold perfectly well. This time, the preliminary phase was slightly less informative. Perhaps because we've had contact with this broker before and also text them, but I did miss some information about how the process would exactly proceed.
