It all started quite quickly by planning a viewing. After we found the property suitable, we sent all our financial data. Then received a short email stating that our financial situation would not be stable. While our income is at least 5 times the monthly rent. Afterwards, we also tried to make contact but emails are ignored and calls are not answered. Very unprofessional. So not recommended.

As a landlord, I have had good experiences with Veldman real estate agents. They are always there when there is a viewing. However, I cannot say the same for several tenants. They simply don't show up. Not even bother (some) to politely cancel.
