My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lisette Van Tilburg as our realtor for our recent home purchase. We came to Lisette with a difficult situation: we needed a house as quickly as possible because our lease was expiring in two months and we would have nowhere to go afterwards. Ultimately, our initial offer was accepted after a bit of back and forth with the seller and we closed on the perfect starter home for us in just under 7 weeks from our first conversation with Lisette DESPITE a hiccup with our mortgage lender, through which she also navigated as a true professional. For what it's worth: our house was also valued higher than what we paid, so the fact that we had instant equity gave us the feeling that we scored big. We are still in disbelief that she could realize this home purchase so quickly and are so grateful for her expertise which guided us along the way. Highly recommend!

Have the property appraised for a bridging mortgage. After much calling and promises from their side, which they do not keep, a report was eventually drawn up. The strange thing is that after two weeks they still needed additional information. It concerned two house numbers, which they had also merged into 1 report. As far as we are concerned, no recommendation for this company.
