It varied quite a lot depending on who you contacted from the office as to how much was communicated; one person readily called to consult, while the other only communicated limitedly via messages. Because things like the text, photos, and floor plans are outsourced to other parties, the quality is mediocre and not always in line with what you would tell if you had been in the house.

Advertise with a free valuation. Everything except. During planning, I inquired about an appointment to confirm if it was truly free and if there were any other conditions attached. I especially wanted to know the value without taking concrete actions. That wasn't a problem. An appointment was scheduled, 30 minutes later my entire agenda was disrupted because the realtor turned out to have a hospital appointment. To then hear 2 hours before the appointment that it could not take place because they are not allowed to sell my house. Poor information and a waste of my valuable day. And poor excuses via SMS.
