Very dissatisfied with their cooperation and their service. Despite their high service price compared to their competitors, they have had a very bad experience with being honest and transparent. They signed a contract with me in which nothing was stated about their tasks and responsibilities. During my house hunting research, I was the one who had to search for houses and the funniest thing was that I had to send them a link that waited for more than a week and then they had to poke them again on WhatsApp to perhaps hear feedback. Finally, I found a house, I went there for the 1st time alone, took some pictures and sent them. Only after that did I receive some feedback from my realtor who was supposed to find a house for me. To make the story short: they not only didn't come forward to lower their compensation because they hadn't found the house for me, but despite my request, they tried to ignore my request as long as possible. They always tend not to respond to emails and always promise only via telephone. Because I had a rental contract running parallel, I hesitated to buy a house in between, they reassured me again via telephone 'that this is the last thing you should worry about and the solution for it will be very easy'. But instead, they disappeared after I signed the purchase agreement and told me that they could not deal with the rental company and that it is up to me to solve this problem. Not to mention the fact that they didn't make a minimal effort to at least set a desired date for the deed of sale. And all of this happened despite my various emails and requests for a few months’ postponement of that period. Thanks to their negative advisory cooperation, I had to solve more problems. 1- They pay for the problems they have caused me 2- Two months pay for both the mortgage and the rental property, since the date of the deed was practically immediately after the purchase decision, without taking my rental situation into account. 3- Have an unpleasant discussion with them to convince them that they are not entitled to full compensation. 4- They also sent me an email threatening me with all private data they knew about me to force me to pay them in full. I hope this review can help everyone who wants to start a cooperation with them.

It was good guidance, but a meager Funda advertisement. Furthermore, the property may have been somewhat overestimated, but it's easy to say that afterwards.

Friend bought a house through this real estate agent. It turned out afterwards to be a house with hidden defects! The real estate agent and seller were aware of this. The real estate agent is no longer available now. Very bad service! Requesting which address it concerns seems inappropriate in terms of privacy. But you know that well, though. It involves a house in Leende recently sold. In the meantime, the new owner has started legal proceedings. Disgraceful how this office handled it.

Big promises beforehand, followed by poor service and no personal follow-up. A classic case of overselling and then underperforming.

Condescending and unfriendly attitude. Will not recommend.

Despite putting my house up for sale. I chose Makelaarskantoor Brabant BV because the real estate agent was very knowledgeable but also knew a lot about the technical condition of the house. The real estate agent was also very enthusiastic to start the sales process and he thought along well about what still needed to be done for a good selling price. Also during the renovation, I asked them for advice several times. Often the real estate agent made time to come by for advice that same day. This worked very pleasantly. The viewings were carried out by his colleague but he had a good excuse to delegate this, as he had suffered a heart attack and was on the operating table for a double bypass. His colleague supervised the viewings well and I also received sufficient feedback from him. In the first round there was no buyer, but in the 2nd round there was. Ultimately we were able to sell the house for a beautiful price. Very satisfied with the entire process and the real estate agent’s health is also fine.

He knows what he's talking about and is up for a laugh. Although selling or buying a house is a serious matter, he knows how to approach it with the right dose of humor.
