We have found our cooperation with Will Klerkx to be very pleasant. In our case, we were potential buyers of a house where Will acted as the seller's agent. It concerned an old, characteristic house with a long sales process. I will not comment further on that, but our contact with the selling agent was pleasant and professional from the first moment onwards. Our initial contact was a brief phone call to inquire about the history of the sales process. We were immediately given extensive information, more than we had asked for, along with advice in case we still wanted to view the property. That felt like a nice and thoughtful start. Especially when it comes to an older house, it is good to go see it with a plan. The viewing itself went very well. It was sufficient, which might be most realistic given that the property requires modernization costs. What I appreciated in particular, was that Will also thought along freely several times after the viewing. He gave us telephone advice on possible permit procedures at the municipality without any obligation arising from it. When we decided to make a formal offer, I felt it appropriate to discuss this personally. Will made ample time for this as if we were the first serious candidate, even though the sales process had been ongoing for some time. That says something about his commitment and attitude. Even in the subsequent phase, communication remained transparent and empathetic. When later another serious candidate came into play, Will kept us neatly informed. He clearly explained what was happening without exerting unrealistic pressure. We found this very neat. Whether we would sell our own house through Will Klerkx Real Estate in the future is still unclear, but we can certainly recommend his approach to other selling agents (and of course interested parties). Empathy and transparency also fit into a housing market where buyers may not be as scarce as before.

Good commitment and perseverance. Due to circumstances where the cause lay with one of the potential buyers, the sale took much longer than expected. The realtor's commitment ultimately led to the property being sold. Contact remained good and the realtor always came up with good suggestions.

We are very pleased with Will. He clearly knows his stuff and is exactly the person you want to have with you when buying (or selling) a home. He says what he does and does what he says.

All the prejudices you can have about real estate agents are completely confirmed. Doesn't keep appointments. Does nothing when something needs to happen. Especially he is good at squeezing as much money as possible out of you. Then he tries to sell your house to his friends who are real estate agents. Certainly does not represent your interests.

The process went difficult due to circumstances beyond the broker's fault, but Will was always reachable and has always committed himself fully 100% for me.

Will and Merel are involved, very expert and driven real estate agents. Within 2 weeks our house was sold. They keep you informed of every step and we experienced that as very pleasant. The contact was transparent, open and very pleasant. We had several real estate agents come by to make a choice, but Will certainly stood out. In their approach they are also very respectful and careful. Every potential buyer is given the time and helped carefully. We have worked very pleasantly with them and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

Because Will and Merel failed to communicate to the potential buyers that the awning needed help, we were legally disadvantaged. Will spent more time talking to get his strong stories across than listening to important matters; he had planned a vacation and was in a hurry. A relationship of 10 years is ruined by this. Our words were twisted towards the buyers, and it seemed as though Will was acting on behalf of the buyers, instead of standing on our side. There was indeed a note of the story by Merel, but he also tried to wriggle out of that by saying that we were not complete in our story. A very sour aftertaste. Not only was our house sold under asking price in all haste... in these times, but we also had to add money, because we are supposedly liars. No, do not recommend this realtor. And otherwise record everything he says, because he goes back on every verbal promise.

Will and Merel Klerkx helped us with both the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our current home. They did this with great enthusiasm and expertise, resulting in a very smooth purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. I would recommend Will and Merel to everyone. Furthermore, the contact with both Will and Merel was very pleasant and all appointments were met promptly and efficiently.
