Florian is incredibly unfriendly. He does not take the time to communicate calmly with you and explain things. During the conversation, it becomes clear that he has no desire to talk to you. He is also not transparent in his communication and withholds information. Very dissatisfied with this realtor and would definitely not recommend him.

During the valuation by Florian Esse, there was a pleasant connection. The steps to be taken and the amount for which he wanted to put the house on sale were excellently justified. The internal staff also kept us constantly informed whenever there was something to report. Our home was sold super quickly. Even after the sale, Florian advised us regarding the purchase of our new home. The collaboration is truly highly recommended.

Very bad experience with Blik real estate agents. The communication is severely lacking and they've never heard of calling back. We experienced three times that we constantly had to call about bids, but the last time we were supposed to receive a callback was utterly ridiculous. Truly bordering on rude and then also trying to turn the tables. We wanted to handle a house and would have a second viewing where we wanted to finalize the purchase. Had telephone contact but calling back wasn't an option. On the day of the viewing with the real estate agent, he was suddenly changed to an intern and we had to call again that we wanted the actual real estate agent because we wanted to finalize it. (with all due respect for an intern). It would be passed on but a quarter of an hour before the viewing, they called us back with the message that the house had already been sold. How rude can you be and also want to let us look in case the financing didn't come through. Just be honest with your clients and call back when asked and definitely don’t put forward an intern because you probably wouldn’t dare do it yourself. You can be businesslike but then in a fair way and don’t just go for the profit behind the backs of your clients.

Great help and guidance from Chiel. He is pleasant to deal with and keeps you well informed by phone. After two viewings, he had already sold the house.

At Blik, they don't know how Funda works. With a lot of pain and effort, a text was written for the advertisements and brochure (they are also very bad at that). Several homes have been sold through them and each time things went wrong again. They then come with the incorrect photos and their own worthless text. Constantly having to call back, poorly accessible.

Our house sold within a week. Florian is enthusiastic, reliable and very knowledgeable. Very pleasant contact, fast, honest and clear. We would absolutely recommend him. But also the team behind him and the people at the office were very friendly and helpful. Our compliments to all the people of Blik Makelaars.

My experience with Blik real estate agents is anything but good. I unfortunately had to deal with them because the selling party had engaged this realtor. Initially, no problems and a purchase agreement was reached. Unfortunately, after the transfer, the information from Blik real estate agents about the house turned out not to be entirely correct. The solid wood parquet flooring on the ground floor which was mentioned in the brochure turned out to be nothing more than a layered parquet floor. Of course, I immediately contacted Blik real estate agents for an explanation. Instead of an apology and a helping hand to resolve this, my complaint was downplayed. That there is almost no difference between solid oak and layered parquet, that the previous residents also accepted it as such, and that I myself should have done better research. Well then, it seems like it’s all my fault. You would expect a realtor to have knowledge of the subject matter and to provide correct information in the brochure but unfortunately not with Blik real estate agents. But well, they are also not an NVM (industry association) realtor and now I understand why. In short, if you are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable realtor, look elsewhere and choose a realtor who is affiliated with De Nederlandse Coöperatieve Vereniging van Makelaars en Taxateurs in onroerende goederen, the NVM.
