Niet aan expats aanraden. Ik heb onlangs twee afspraken gepland om huizen te bezichtigen. Bij de eerste afspraak kreeg ik de intentie dat ik niet serieus genomen zou worden. De makelaar had geen enkele interesse om me het huis te laten zien. Hij zei dat je de foto's en video's online had gezien, alsof hij dacht: waarom ben je hier? Hij legde me niets uit over het huis. Ik herinner me dat hij aan de telefoon was en dat ik het huis alleen bekeek. Ik herinner me ook dat de man selfies maakte op het balkon van het huis; en ik moest wachten tot hij gedag zei. Tweede afspraak met hetzelfde bedrijf. Toen ik net aankwam voor de bezichtiging, zag ik een ander gezin het huis binnenkomen. Hoewel ik een bezichtigingsmoment had ingepland voor die specifieke tijd. Ik belde ook aan, maar de makelaar deed niet open, ik denk dat hij het al druk genoeg met hen had. Ik besefte dat ze niet van plan waren me een huis te verkopen, God mag weten waarom. Een collega van mij had eerder al onprofessionele houding ervaren toen hij een huis bij dit bedrijf kocht. Daarom raad ik expats ten zeerste aan om op zoek te gaan naar een bedrijf dat niet genegeerd wordt en waar ze op een respectvolle manier behandeld worden.
